Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SilkGeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, SilkGeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Subscription Plans
Free Plan
The free plan includes limited daily usage (1 GEO analysis per day, 1 website). This plan is available at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Enterprise Plan
The enterprise plan includes unlimited daily usage, multiple websites, priority support, and API access. Enterprise subscriptions are managed manually by our team. For pricing and setup, contact juku0007@163.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit URLs or content you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws
API Usage
Use of the SilkGeo API is subject to the following additional terms:
- API keys are personal and must not be shared
- Rate limits apply as specified in the API documentation
- Usage is tracked per API key and billed according to your plan
- We may revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SilkGeo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GEO analysis results provided to you may be used for your business purposes.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SilkGeo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SilkGeo does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SilkGeo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SilkGeo operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
